We understand that a personal support plan is not just delivering a basic service but delivering an exceptional service. Premium Home Care also understand that being an active member of the community is important for all clients. We endeavour to make sure that you feel like an active member of the community and offer services that allow you be an active member in your chosen community.
Domestic (Household) Assistance - Our support workers can come to your home and assist you in the cleaning tasks that you may need support to complete. There is no job too big or too small for our staff members.
Community Access—Our support workers can assist you in your day-to-day community-based support. This may look like supporting you to your allied health appointments, reaching fitness goals, and grocery and personal shopping.
Assistance with Self-Care Activities / Personal Care - we have a range of both female and male support workers to ensure that you feel comfortable when completing personal care activities. These activities can include showering/bathing, washing of hair, and personal hygiene etc.
One-off cleans/transportation – One-off clean/transportation shifts are available on request.
Wound Care Management - Premium Home Care have our own enrolled nurses to assist in any wound care management plans.

- Participate Community 0125

We understand that it can be difficult to navigate the waters and understand what you are entitled to under the NDIS Please contact us at Premium Home Care if you need any assistance understanding the NDIS criteria. The National Disability Insurance Scheme provides funding for people living with a disability You must be an Australian Citizen or hold a permanent or a Special Category Visa and be between the ages of 7 and 65 years old.
